regular nutritional tips and mouth-watering vegan recipes for you to enjoy. not a vegan? not a problem! your favourite piece of meat, chicken or fish can easily be added to our recipes. we promise to keep it simple and always delicious!

out in the nature is where i feel the most comfortable and happiest – fresh air and sunshine is the perfect tonic to relieve the stresses of everyday life. i love the simple things like walking my dog, horse back riding, running in the forest, swimming in the lake or trekking in the wild – all of these activities are food for my soul. if i can comibine it with great company and delicious food you can be sure that i will call it one of the best days of my life!

i enjoy motivating people to achieve their goals and i believe this works best in a friendly and relaxed enviroment, while having fun! i don’t subscribe to the school of thought that fitness has to be a chore and food has to be boring to be healthy. punishing the body with painful, mind numbing workouts or feeding it with bland, tastless food is demotivating and unsustainable. for me, good, enduring health and happiness is achievable by finding the right balance between interesting but challenging exercise and delicious, healthy eating while not forgetting to live life to the fullest. this is why I created nature bound – to put the fun back into fitness and food.

i am a bubbly life-loving ocean bunny. meaning sports and water are my elements. in, on or close to the water is where i personally feel the best. oh yes, surfing is my passion!
i love moving my body, giving it healthy food and a lot to laugh.
i wasn’t always like this, like a lot of us, i lost myself in the daily stressful working routine, eating unhealthy, didn’t have enough sleep, always having 100’s of appointments and life was living me, instead of me living my life.

so i decided to change, and that’s when i went back to school to become a certified fitness & floatfit trainer, learned a lot about healthy food, yoga and mindset.

i feel most at home when i’m outdoors. from long walks to cycling and paddle boarding, i feel most content – and free! – when i am outside in nature. i also love good food! whether I am preparing it or eating it – i am passionate about nutrition and eating well. and on days when i’m trying to relax there’s nothing better than a good book or an evening with great friends.

i am passionate about movement and music. music is what inspires me and dance to me is all about translating that energy and expression into movement. when I think about what can get me in the perfect mood to move – whether to dance, work out or even to just start my day – sometimes all it takes is playing my favourite song! i am a firm believer that dance should be accessible to all. that’s why I’ve designed these classes – in a friendly, fun and judgement-free zone! you’ll be movin’ and groovin’ to some great tunes and will learn a fusion of bollywood and hip hop routines along the way.
